1 - Deposits on to your betting account can be made through bank transfers, Postal Checks (if possible within the country), e-wallets and/or credit cards. The account holder of the e-wallets (example Moneybookers), credit card or bank account has to be the same person of the betting account, otherwise the deposit will be refused and eventually redeposited into the originating account. Should there be any cost for the transaction; the sum will be subtracted from the amount deposited.

2 - Should you deposit through credit card or e-wallet, the sum will be credited immediately on your account as soon as the transaction will be completed.

3 - Normally the costs are paid by Gaming Zone Ltd, however, Gaming Zone Ltd reserves the right to charge any deposit or withdrawal costs to the client.

4 - We advise the client to always keep a printed copy of all withdrawal or deposit transactions

6 - Minimum Deposit:

25 euro for deposits by credit card
100 euro for deposits by bank transfers
10 euro for deposits by e-wallets

6 - Money that is deposited into the betting account has to be used for betting. Should any illegal activity or suspicious behavior occur, the account holder will be notified to the legal authorities, and his account will be blocked and the balance confiscated.

7 - Gaming Zone Ltd policy is not to carry out refunds. Only in special cases can a refund occur, but it’s always up to Gaming Zone Ltd whether or not a client is entitled to a refund.

8 - Money can't be transferred from an account of one person to another.

9 - A client is entitled to connect to his account whenever he/she wants to check the various transactions carried out, such as Deposits, Withdrawals, ended or current bets and winnings. Should the client encounter a mistake in any transaction carried out in his/her account, he/she is responsible to inform Gaming Zone Ltd within 90 days from when he/she encounters the mistake.

10 - A client is entitled to withdraw all, or some, of their balance from their betting account using one of the methods available from Gaming Zone Ltd website. According to the sum withdrawn a cost may be applied. Gaming Zone Ltd will not apply any withdrawal costs, though any banking cost will be charged to the client. Once all the balance in the betting account has been withdrawn, a client is entitled to close his/her betting account, should he/she want to do so.

The minimum withdrawal amount by bank transfer is of 100 Euro.
The minimum withdrawal amount by credit or prepaid card is of 30 Euro ( if available ).
The minimum withdrawal amount by e-wallets is of 20 Euro.

11 - Gaming Zone Ltd will try to finalize withdrawal requests within 3/5 working days from the day the client has placed his request.

12 - The client is aware that Gaming Zone Ltd can only authorize Withdrawals if the identity of the client has been approved.
